Summer of Sisterhood: Olympian Moms
With the excitement of the opening of the 2012 Summer Olympics in the air today, Every Mother Counts would like to give shout-outs to a few Olympian moms whose inspirational stories, accomplishments, and personal achievements motivate us each day to do what we do for moms around the world. They symbolize so much for us all and in watching them achieve their dreams of being in the Olympic Games they are also encouraging us to reach our goals, and to fight for what we believe in. Like many of us, these women are juggling demanding schedules and managing their children's daily routines. And while the jury is still out on whether women really can have it all, these women are proving daily that they can be dedicated mothers AND world champions. What better way to celebrate the Summer of Sisterhood than cheering them on. Please join us in following these Olympic Moms. Together, we can make a difference.
