    I attended the opening reception of the National CARE Conference (global humanitarian organization) tonight.  It’s a bit like a homecoming, this annual gathering of people from all over the country and world, who come together to learn about CARE’s work and lobby on Capitol Hill.  This year, I brought new friends to the conference; young women I know will be among the next generation of world leaders.  They’re smart, passionate and getting a good education, everything a girl needs to conquer their world and live their dreams to their fullest
