If you’d like to raise funds and awareness in a race of your choice, we ask for a minimum fundraising commitment of $500. You’ll receive all the same teammate perks, and we’ll be cheering for you virtually. Email  teamemc@everymothercounts.org.

Frequently Asked Questions 

    • What happens if I don’t reach the fundraising minimum? 
      Once you register and accept a spot you are committed to reaching the fundraising minimum by the deadline. If the minimum is not met, the credit card on file will be charged. We are here to help you succeed, and most of our runners not only meet but exceed their goals!
    • When are fundraising minimums due?  
      There are two deadlines, and they depend on the race timeline. The first deadline (25% of minimum) is generally two months ahead of race day, and the second deadline is two weeks after race day.
    • Do I have to pay the registration fee if I register with Team EMC?  
      It varies from race to race.
    • What happens if I can’t run?  
      Depending on the race, you may be able to cancel and defer your entry to the following year once your fundraising commitment is met. Each race has their own guidelines and policies.
    • Are spots first come first serve?  
      Spots are not first come first serve. We have an application process and thank you for your patience as our small team reviews and processes all submissions.
